In faith, the Potter squeezes the bad out of you, while also squeezing the good into you. Same squeeze, just different results.
As Jeremiah wrote, “And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make” (Jer. 18:4).
The squeeze is never pleasant, but the hands of the Potter know exactly how, where, and why it is being applied. Rejoice.
